Let me introduce myself.
My name is Terry Thomas C.F.C., President of Agent Online.
Throughout the last 30 years, I have had success as a Professional Salesperson, Senior Estimator, General Manager, Business Owner, Certified Financial Consultant, Sales Trainer and Product Developer (Agent Online).
I was a member of the NAFIC Million Dollar Club, Editor of the Institute of Financial Consultants news magazine, a qualified member of the Presidents Advisory team of the Independent Order of Foresters a Fraternal Insurance organization with over Six Billion Dollars in assets.
I did business with over 1200 families and businesses located throughout the province of British Columbia.
An automobile accident created health issues that made servicing this many clients difficult, since 50% of my business required travel.
I began looking for tools that would emulate personal meetings, educate clients and support my marketing efforts.
My search revealed that the tools I required were not available. The ones available where one dimensional, complicated, and inadequate for my purposes. Most where designed for the Internet to do the work and “be the magic money tree”.
The application required a 180 degree shift in thinking. I needed to transition conversations from a one dimensional medium like the telephone or the relative obscurity of the Internet to enhanced personalized one to one communication with interactive presentation capabilities. I also wanted client education and referral marketing strategies included in the the mix.
The system would develop and enhance client relationships, emulate personal face to face meetings, conduct client reviews, share ideas and concepts, qualify and do needs analysis.
The result: an Online Office that functions as an extension of a sales persons daily activities by incorporating enhanced 3D communication tools that include Audio Video communication, live interactive presentation with whiteboard, Online consultation marketing, lead generation and affiliate software.
